3. Fill out the Sell e-currency form as completely as possible.
4. If a certain field does not apply to your order use the value "NA".
5. A valid land line number and a valid mobile number are required to complete the order form.
6. Once form is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
PGX will only deposit and online transfer to the following banks and money transfer agencies.

7. For first time customers, scan and send the customer verification requirements to support@pinoygoldexchange.net .
Any payment made to PGX account will be placed on hold until complete requirements have been received.
Customer Verification Requirements
A. Scan of two (2) Philippine Government issued ID's
B. Copy of the deposit slip or screen shot of your online transfer.
C. Copy of a billing statement / bank statement / credit card statement, no more than 3 months old.
Please provide any valid proof of address. It can be under your family or your landlord's name.
Make sure we can verify your address using this document.
8. Sell orders may be completed in 1-5 business days. But it is usually completed by the next banking day.
